Products
We take reasonable care to display product descriptions, photographs, colours, prices and measurements accurately. Screen settings may affect colour appearance, pattern placement may vary between garments, and handmade or patterned products may not be identical. Measurements may also have reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
Prices
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) unless stated otherwise. Applicable charges will be shown before payment.
Orders
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order where, for example, an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, information supplied is incorrect, there is an obvious pricing error, or fraud or misuse is suspected.
Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout. An order may not be accepted until payment has been successfully authorised.
Order Processing and Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after successful payment. Delivery is then subject to the method selected at checkout and our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Promotions
Promotional codes and offers may be subject to expiry dates, minimum-spend requirements, product exclusions or other conditions. Promotions cannot necessarily be combined unless expressly stated.

The Jajex Apparel name, logo, photographs, designs, written content, graphics and branding belong to Jajex Apparel or are used with permission. They must not be reproduced commercially without authorisation except where legally permitted.

Liability

These terms operate subject to applicable UK law and do not remove mandatory rights available to consumers. Where relevant, Scottish law may apply to our operations in Scotland.
